PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless LAN (local area network) system in which a little radio resources are efficiently utilized. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an information management apparatus characterized in comprising: an authentication information generating means which performs authentication processing on the basis of first authentication information transmitted from a mobile terminal and generates second authentication information on the basis of the first authentication information in a case where the authentication is made successfully; a mobile terminal authentication information transmitting means for transmitting the second authentication information to the mobile terminal; and a message transmitter authentication information transmitting means for transmitting the second authentication information and information about an access point device that is the transmission destination of the second authentication information, to a message transmitter for transmitting a message using a control channel.
