PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a display screen cannot be adjusted to an easy-to-view angle for users, even though the display screen can be arranged to be watched on a sidelong screen, by allowing a display-side casing 2 having a display screen and an operation-side casing 1 to be rotated on the opposing surfaces of both the casings by a rotating hinge 3. SOLUTION: The operation-side casing 1 is rotatably connected with the display-side casing 2 by the rotating hinge 3, and the operation- and display-side casings 1, 2 can be rotated with a shaft 9 removably supported by first and second plates 4, 5 as the center, thus inclining the display-side casing 2 to the operation-side casing 1 for holding, and adjusting the display screen to an easy-to-see angle for users.
