An LED lamp with a heat sink structure is provided to discharge the heat by transmitting the heat generated in the lamp to a heat sink. An LED case(21) is composed of an LED upper case(23) and an LED lower case(24). An LED lamp is surrounded with the LED case. A packing member for sealing is surrounded in an edge where the LED upper case and the LED lower case contact. A thermal transition medium is sealed by the LED lower case, the LED upper case, and the packing member for sealing. A heat sink of the LED upper case of the LED case is surface-contacted with the heat sink. A lamp insertion groove is formed in the LED lower case of the LED case. The thermal transition material is made of the material with high electric insulation or thermal conductivity. |
