PURPOSE: To improve maintenability and comprehensiveness by collectively and unitarily managing hardware accessing methods. CONSTITUTION: Output devices 6 and input devices 1 1 are allocated to specific address bits for a CPU 1, and in a part to be directly accessed to an I/O port of the CPU 1, the I/O port and the corresponding information of logical I/O data are collectively registered in a data table and a change in software corresponding to changes in the devices 6, 11 is easily executed. When logically determined data are used without directly accessing the devices 6, 11, generality can be improved without being influenced by a difference between the devices 6, 11. |
