PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple convertible unit for a ceiling direct attaching light and a ceiling hanging pendant light.SOLUTION: This unit 1 comprises: a commercial available engaging ceiling cap 10; an integral molding 50 including a case 51 into which the cap 10 is fitted and an inner cylinder 52 connected to the case; a longitudinal outer cylinder 30 having an inner cylinder 52 at its front part and an inner cylinder 61 at its rear part internally fitted; an integral molding 60 including an inner cylinder 61 and a lid item 62 connected to the inner cylinder; a commercial available engaging ceiling 20 fixed to the lid item 62; and a chord 40 wired from the cap 10 to the engaging ceiling 20. An operating person holds the lower end of the unit 1 with a hand, stands on the floor, lifts up the upper end of the unit 1 and engages it to a ceiling wiring unit 70, and then engages a commercial available ceiling direct attaching ceiling light 90 with the lower end of the unit 1 and the light can be used as a ceiling hanging type pendant light while it is held as an energy-saving bright light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-1-5 |
