PURPOSE: To provide an all solid lithium battery capable of preventing internal short circuit caused by deposition of metallic lithium by using a substance containing lithium sulfide and silicon sulfide as a solid electrolyte and limiting the thickness of an electrolyte layer. CONSTITUTION: An all solid lithium battery has a pair of electrodes (1: a, positive electrode, 2: a negative electrode), and a solid electrolyte layer 3 mainly comprising a lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte, placed between the electrodes. As the lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte, a solid electrolyte made of a substance containing at least Li2 S, and SiS2 is used, and the thickness of the electrolyte layer 3 is limited to 5μm or more. |
