PURPOSE: To prevent capacity lowering following charging/discharging by specifying the combination of an electrolyte and solute in an organic electrolyte secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: A positive electrode active material 6 and a positive electrode collector ring 7 are inserted in the bottom part of a positive electrode can 3 to overlap a separator 5 on the upper part of the material 6, and moreover, circular metallic rithium 8 is overlapped on the upper part of the separator 5 to assemble a secondary battery, then a proper quantity of an electrolyte is dropped. This electrolyte is composed of a solvent using at least one kind of ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate, tetrahydrofuran, and 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran, and solute using any one of perchloric acid lithium or phosphorus lithium fluoride. |
