PURPOSE: To transmit the torque from a motor surely to a load by setting the rigidity of mechanical component high enough to endure the speed control response of a motor required in viewpoint of operation or performance thereby preventing response lag. CONSTITUTION: The antiresonance frequencyωah, being determined by the inertial moment of a load unit and the rigidity of mechanical component, is set three times or more the speed control response frequencyωc of a motor required in viewpoint of operation or performance.
