PURPOSE:To push skewers into molds securely, by making a molding drum having an outer peripheral face equipped with a large number of molds for shaping materials and a sprocket wheel hanging a chain oppose, equipping the chain with a device for pushing skewers. CONSTITUTION:The chain 7 transporting skewers, synchronizing the drum 1, is hung between the molding drum 1 having an outer peripheral face equipped with a large number of molds for shaping materials at a constant pitch and the chute 9 sending the recovered skewers returned from the final process of a production unit. The sprocket wheel 5 at one side of the chain 7 is opposed to the drum 1, its diameter is determined in such a way that the skewers sent by the chain 7 are coincided and opposed to the molds, the chain 7 is provided with the nibs 7a to make the pitch of the chain equal to that of the molds, and the chain 7 is equipped with the device 6 for pushing skewers which are coincided and opposed to the molds into the side at the side of the chain 7. Namely, the pushing and feed of the skewers to the molds is carried out more securely to ruduce troubles and to improve operating efficiency. |
