The electronic manipulator of safety belt in automobile indicats on light emitting diode the state from asynchronous serial signal using microprocessor. The state tester (7) for safety belt consists of the microprocessor (3) for receiving serial signal from electronic manipulator (5) and driving a timer, constant voltage circuit (1) for supplying power through ground circuit (GND) and power circuit (POWER), and display (4).
