<p>PURPOSE:To provide a lance device, which can set in a building for an electric furnace limited in height and can be kept in the state with the lance inserted with respect to the tilted furnace body. CONSTITUTION:In the lance device 1, the arcuate lance 9 curving downward toward the front and projectingly upward and a lance supporting case 18 having a pinion 15 and guide roller 16 for displacing the lance 9 in the direction parallel to tilting axial line 2M of the electric furnace 2 are arranged. The lance supporting case 18 is supported in freely swingable to a base table 20 and supported with an expandable cylinder 23. The lance 9 is inserted into an inserting hole 10 opened in the furnace body 2a and supported with a supporting roller 25 set to the inserting hole 10. The lance 9 supported with only a supporting pin 19 and the supporting roller 25, is naturally swung while following the tilting of furnace body 2A and the condition of inserting the lance 9 into the electric furnace 2 as it is enabled, and continuous temp. measuring can be executed.</p> |
