BLENDING METHOD FOR HIGH VISCOSITY RESIN AND LOW VISCOSITY PARAFFIN

PURPOSE:To manufacture a molding material in which high viscosity resin and paraffin are mixed uniformly when low viscosity paraffin, the blend ratio of which is equal to or more than the weight of said resin, is blended and mixed with high viscosity resin by using a kneader. CONSTITUTION:When paraffin, the blend ratio of which is equivalent to or more than the weight of resin, is blend mixed with the resin containing high density polyethylene and an ethylene-propylene copolymer by using a kneader/ provided with a cylinder and a screw disposed in said cylinder, a blend of the whole amount of resin with a part of paraffin is fed out of a feed inlet of a premixing zone, and the remaining portion of paraffin is fed out of a mixing zone in the blending method of high viscosity resin and low viscosity paraffin.
