FIELD: repair of local injuries of large-sized tyres of transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: the vulcanizer has a body in the form of a beam and two movable supports in the form of cantilevers installed on the beam and fixed to it by means of locks. The vulcanizer has a stop screw installed on one of the supports, supporting bar installed on the other support, and pressing heating plates installed on the ends of the stop screw and supporting bar. A toroid-shaped elastic pneumatic shell is installed between the pressing heating plate installed on the end of the stop screw and the respective support. This shell may be made in form of a motor tyre. EFFECT: reduced electric power consumption, simplified operating conditions. 2 cl, 3 dwg
