FIELD: small-arms cartridges, particularly, special-purpose cartridges with a plastic cartridge case intended for temporary disabling man power at noiseless firing by jet of liquid, powder and liquid with hydroscopic materials or with loose materials or liquid, with ampules of elastic material containing other liquid compounds or powders. SUBSTANCE: the novelty is in the fact that the cartridge case is made of plastic with a reinforced insert having at least two fastening members for connecting the cartridge case and insert in an integral part and fastening a flash igniter. Besides, installed near the cartridge case bottom is a piston-obturator made of material of rubber-like elasticity and whose obturating part faces the cartridge-case muzzle in a spaced relation to the cartridge case bottom with formation of an expansion cylinder; internal surface of the cartridge case at its muzzle has a shoulder which carries an insert forming a nozzle closed with a stopper of plastic material of rubber-like elasticity having an external bulge coming in contact with the respective shoulder of insert forming the nozzle.
