FIELD: TV devices. SUBSTANCE: device has optical unit and matrix of charge-coupled detectors, which has serial circuit of accumulation unit, storing unit, output register. In addition matrix has blooming-reduction area, first and second level converters, camera video amplifier, saw-tooth voltage generator, unit for assessment of video signal level, first comparator, inverter and D-flip-flop. Second comparator, bias voltage source, adder and RS-flip-flop are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Device may be used in transmitting TV cameras which sensitivity is controlled by automatic change of photodetector accumulation time. EFFECT: increased stability to noise. |
