PURPOSE: To easily generate a housekeeping book by eliminating a need of posting data from receipts. CONSTITUTION: When a user purchases a commodity, a reader 1 reads the bar code of the commodity. An information processor 2 outputs commodity information of the commodity name, the amount of money, etc., based on bar code data. A receipt output device 3 encodes commodity information and records it on a receipt 12 as commodity information code 13. When the user moves a reader 4 on the receipt 12, commodity information is obtained by the reader 4. An information processor 5 classifies the expenditure required for purchase of the commodity into expenditure contents such as principal food, clothing, etc., and writes commodity information in the stored housekeeping book. Thus, the code 13 is only read from the receipt 12 to convert the information of the purchased commodity into a format of the housekeeping book. |
