SINGLE PHASE BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR

PURPOSE: A single phase brushless DC motor is provided to improve productivity and reduce a fabricating cost by winding a general coil around a post of a stator yoke instead of a fusion coil. CONSTITUTION: A bearing holder is formed at a center portion of a housing member(1). A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(5) is mounted on an upper face of the housing member(1). A shaft(2) is installed by inserting a bearing into an inside diameter of the bearing holder. A rotor(3) is installed at an upper end portion of the shaft(2). A magnet(31) is installed in the inside of the rotor(3). A stator(4) is formed with a stator yoke(42) formed on the PCB(5) and a coil(41). The stator yoke(42) is inserted into the bearing holder. A post(7) having a head portion(72) and a column(71) is formed at the stator yoke(42). The coil(41) is wound around the post(7). A plurality of magnetic screws(8) are combined with both sides of the post(7).
