PURPOSE: Provided is a flavoring sauce manufactured by mixing garlic and ginger in a certain mixing ratio, which agent contributes to taste consistency of foods. CONSTITUTION: The flavoring sauce is manufactured by: blending 60-80% of garlic, and 40-20% of ginger in a weight ratio, in a blender; mixing them and preparing the mixture in a liquid type; and packing it and freezing or cooling it at -20 to -35 deg.c and at 2-7 deg.C respectively. |
