SYSTEM FOR MANAGING COMMUNICATION SECURITY AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing communication security and its program in which failure of communication due to difference of security policy is prevented by detecting difference of security policy previously while keeping secret the secret information between systems of different security policy. SOLUTION: Communication between a transmission side computer 11 and a receiving side computer 12 is subjected to security control through a security layer 50 above a communication layer 60. On the transmission side and the receiving side, databases 31 and 32 storing a security policy rule comprising a set of set template representative of the security function and an application rule describing the attributes of a message for applying the set template are provided. A matching detecting section 40 compares set templates being used in communication to detect an unmatching set template and discrepancy of security policy between the transmission side and the receiving side is detected from the unmatching set template on the transmission side and the receiving side.
