FIELD: oil producing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed oil storage reservoir contains oil products inlet and outlet branch pipes. Inner surface of reservoir is provided with protective film whose upper part is furnished with float union to pump in inert gas, and valve to discharge vapor-air mixture, and lower part is provided with fastening plate for fixing film to wall of reservoir and lip installed over oil products pump out branch pipe preventing pulling of protective film into reservoir when pumping out oil products. ^ EFFECT: increased service life of reservoir by precluding rusting of its inner surface, prevention of harmful discharges into atmosphere, provision of reliable environmental protection. ^ 1 dwg
