The device has an electronic control circuit associated with a read head constituted of a parallel soft material assembly made of silicone material. The assembly assembles two electricity conducting soft materials (1, 2) i.e. conductors, separated between them by an insulating soft material (3). A printed circuit board comprises a dicing whose interior edges i.e. tracks, are provided with the conductors. Size of the dicing is considered for allowing an automatic mechanical fixation of the assembly by compression and an electric current flow between conducting materials and tracks.
