摘要 In order to increase detection accuracy of an ultrasound examination system which automatically detects lesions on the basis of a moving image comprising multiple temporally consecutive frames outputted from the ultrasound examination device upon moving an ultrasound probe, a feature extraction unit 71 of a frame determination unit 7 extracts three-dimensional higher-order local autocorrelation features in each of the frames of the moving image of the patient's body, obtained from the ultrasound examination device 3 by an examiner operating the ultrasound probe 1 on the patient, and even if a frame could be determined to be an abnormal frame that includes an image of a lesion, a final determination unit 75 determines said frame to be a normal frame if a speed determination unit determines that the speed of the ultrasound probe 1 is not a normal speed.
