A charge pump circuit generates a charge pump voltage for supplying power to a bias circuit. The bias circuit generates a reference current and generates a switch current from the reference current. A gate-source voltage is generated from the switch current, and is applied to the switching component of the switch circuit to connect two nodes. The gate-source voltage can be generated in the bias circuit, and can be provided to the switch circuit. The gate-source voltage can also be generated in the switch circuit. |
