The present invention relates to a photoelectric device including a copper nanoparticle, and more particularly, to a photoelectric device including a hole transport layer and/or a photoactive layer having a copper nanoparticle, which is capable of causing a surface plasmon phenomenon to improve an optical absorption of the photoactive layer, and a method of manufacturing the same. A photoelectric device according to the present invention includes a hole transport layer and/or a photoactive layer into which a copper nanoparticle causing a surface plasmon phenomenon is introduced to improve the optical absorption of the photoactive layer, so the photoelectric device has excellent photoelectric efficiency. A method of manufacturing a photoelectric device according to the present invention uses a relatively inexpensive copper nanoparticle among materials causing a surface plasmon phenomenon to improve photoelectric efficiency, so a photoelectric device having excellent photoelectric efficiency may be manufactured at a lower cost. |
