The present invention relates to a system for controlling the internal state of a cooling container. The system for controlling the internal state of the cooling container includes: a cooling container internal state information collecting unit collecting information about the internal state of the cooling container by sensing a temperature, humidity, a carbon oxide (CO_2) concentration, and an ethylene gas concentration of an internal space of the cooling container; a cooling container internal state information analyzing unit analyzing and transmitting the information about the internal state of the cooling container collected ty the cooling container internal state information collecting unit; a cooling container control unit controlling the cooling container based on an analysis result of the cooling container internal state information analyzing unit; and a cooling container ventilation unit ventilating the internal space of the cooling container by a control of the cooling container control unit. Accordingly, the internal space of the cooling container is able to be ventilated according to the sensed result after sensing the humidity, the carbon dioxide concentration, and the ethylene gas concentration of the internal space of the cooling container based on the temperature of the internal space of the cooling container. Therefore, a condition set by a user can be continuously maintained by ventilating the internal space of the cooling container, thus items loaded inside the cooling container can be stored and transferred in top form without being damaged.
