PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a bandwidth to be allocated to a communication application on the basis of quality threshold obtained every application from a result of an analysis between a user's communication behavior and communication quality.SOLUTION: An aggregation section 30 aggregates respective sessions of the same transmitter in a bulk time series every application next to traffic of a communication terminal. A communication quality computation part 40 computes quality of the sessions aggregated in the respective bulks. An analysis part 50 analyzes a relationship between the bulk situations representing a terminal user's communication behavior and the quality of the session. A quality threshold determination part 601 determines the quality threshold the terminal user is satisfied with every communication application on the basis of the analysis result. An allocated bandwidth determination part 60 determines an allocated bandwidth to each communication application on the basis of the quality threshold and notifies a main body of bandwidth control of it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
