PURPOSE: To realize the automatic formation of new annexed data by a method wherein the annexed data of the designated name of a form is read out of a storage means and then inserted in an original annexed data file. CONSTITUTION: When overlay printing is designated, a central processing unit 31 registers a form relating to direction to a printer 34. Next, annexed data file relating to direction is loaded from a storage means 35 to a RAM. Next, a keyword meaning the calling and inserting process of other annexed data is searched from an original annexed data file so as to produce new annexed data through the inserting process of other annexed data. After that, by transferring the new annexed data to the printer 34, overlay printing is executed. Thus, the automatic formation of the new annexed data becomes possible. |
