PROCESS FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITION OF DIELECTRIC SUBSTANCE

摘要

The dielectric ceramic is prepared by pulverizing the raw materials to the ave. particle size of more than 0.4 μm, then mixing. The dielectric ceramic comprises 100 mole% of TiO3, 0.01-1.0 mole% of Nb2O5, 0.01-1.0 mole% of Ta2O5, 0.3-0.4 mole% of CeO2, 0.5-0.7 mole% of CoO, 0.01-0.3 mole% of MnO2 and 0.01-0.3 mole% of ZnO. The particle size of BaTiO3 is 0.3-1.3 μm and the ave. particle diameter of BaTiO3 is 0.7 μm. The obtd. dielectric ceramic has good dielectric property and satisfies the standard of X7R.
