PURPOSE: To provide a deodorizing device for garbage treatment machine easy in maintenance, reduced in the amt. of a material to be used and capable of reducing the size, equipment cost and running cost. CONSTITUTION: In the deodorizing device 10 for the malodor generated from a garbage treatment machine 1 has deodorizing columns 11a, 11b each having a photocatalyst 12 adsorbing an malodorous substance and a light source 13 irradiating the photocatalyst 12 with ultraviolet rays. |
