PURPOSE: To provide the subject system designed to produce high-quality and uniform Tofu (soybean curd) by anyone, by accurately metering the quantity of soybean milk along with removing foams and stabilizing its coagulation. CONSTITUTION: This soybean milk mixing system is operated by the following steps: 1st process: the quantity of soybean milk is accurately metered by removing foams; 2nd process: the soybean milk metered is instantaneously mixed with a coagulant; and 3rd process: prior to beginning coagulation, the mixture is discharged into a specified coagulating vessel 11. |
