<p>A roll of heat deforming material, wider than the length of the cigarettes is pressed into a mould with ridges separating the individual cigarettes and after filling with the cigarettes a second sheet is placed on top and the two films heat sealed together and a slit cut in the film to form the hinged lid acc. to parent patent 1923588, in which the slit is cut after the film is vacuum drawn.</p> |
