PURPOSE: To provide a greening sound-proof wall by providing a soil storing part to plant the plant, a water tank, a solar cell, a battery, a water content sensor, a control circuit and a solenoid valve on the sound insulation side of a sound-proof wall, and automatically feed water to the soil storing part. CONSTITUTION: A greening sound-proof wall 1 is provided on the side edge of the road, and the soil 32 is placed in a soil storing part 3, and the vegetation is planted in the soil 32. A solar cell 5 converts the light energy into the electric energy, and stores the electric power in a battery 6. A water content sensor 7 detects the water content in the soil 32, and when the water content is below the lower limit, the signal is transmitted to a control circuit 8. The control circuit 8 opens a solenoid valve 9, and the water from a water tank 4 passes through a passage 45 and enters the soil storing part 2.
