PURPOSE: To control the intake air temperature at the optimum value and to improve the response by individually controlling the intake air volumes to be supplied to zones based on a temperature deviation of the room temperature from a required temperature, and so controlling the intake air temperature that the weighting mean value of the room temperature becomes equal to the weighting mean value of the required temperature. CONSTITUTION: Room thermostats 45 calculate target air intake volume to be supplied to zones 14 based on the temperature deviation of required temperatures set by temperature setters 50 provided at the thermostats 46 and from the room temperature detected by a temperature detector 47, and applies the target air intake volume signal to a variable air volume unit (VAN unit) 44. Further, the intake air temperature is so (cascade controlled that the weighting mean value of the room temperatures of the zones 14 weighted by the maximum value of the intake air volume control ranges of the units 44 becomes equal to that of the required temperature weighted by the maximum value of the supply air volume control range of the units 44. |
