Magnetic field variation meter for measuring rotating component

The magnetic field variation meter has a magnetic field generator (4), and a device for alteration of the magnetic field (2), which are fixed at a distance w.r.t. each other. A field meter (10) determines the varying magnetic field. A processor the output signal from the measurement device uses an alternating voltage coupling process. The processor has a bridge circuit with one branch containing the field measurement device (10) and amplifying circuitry for amplification of the bridge output. This AC voltage output is then compared with a reference signal.
