摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict production of NOx and hence simplify the structure by setting to an arbitrary numeral or more a unit cross section thermal load air flow speed yielded by dividing an exhaust flow speed of combustion air injected from an air nozzle of a radiant tube burner by a combustion amount of the burner and a radiant tube inner cross section. SOLUTION: Combustiuon air is forcedly fed from a combustion air supply source through an air passage mechanism 10 to a combustion air passage 13 in a pair of burners 5 and is injecdted from a combustion air infection hole 33 into a space in a radiant tube 3. For a discharge flow speed of the combustion air injected from the air nozzle an air flow speed per unit cross section heat load (1kcal/cm<2> hr) or a unit cross section heat load air flow speed is set to be 0.17 m/s/(kcal/cm<2> hr)} or more based upon a cross section heat load obtained by dividing the amount of combustion of the radiator tube burner 5 by a radiant tube inner cross section. |
