<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the energy-saving effect of a geothermal snow melting facility while avoiding an increase in facility cost. SOLUTION: In the geothermal snow melting facility, which is provided with both a heat pump device 2 for causing circulation of a heat medium through a heat source side circulation path 4 between itself and a ground heat exchanger 1 causing a heat exchange between the heat medium W and geothermal heat and a snow-melting heat exchange 3 for causing circulation of the heat medium through a load side circulation path 5 between itself and the heat pump device 2, a direct circulation path 8 is provided for causing circulation of the heat medium between the ground heat exchanger 1 and the snow- melting heat exchanger while in a directly connected state in which it bypasses the heat pump device 2. A natural energy based power generating device 10 or a wind power drive is provided as a source of motive power for a direct circulation pump 9 intervening in the direct circulation path 8.</p> |
