PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress occurrence of improper noise, in particular to effectively suppress occurrence of electromagnetic wave noise which is not complying with the EMI standards. SOLUTION: This plasma display device is composed of: an inner casing 1 where a reference potential is set; an electrically insulated outer casing 2 supported on the casing 1; an electrically conductive decorative body 8-T attached to the outer casing 2; and a plurality of connectors 3 electrically connecting the decorative body 8-T to the inner casing 1 at a plurality of points. A conductive interval Lx, which is the distance between effective conductive points where two adjacent connectors 3 among the plurality of connectors 3 are electrically connected to the inner casing 2, is set to a distance where a magnetic wave of a rated frequency does not resonate with the connector 3. The decorative body 8-T is made reactive as a part of an antenna. The decorative body 8-T is made of a metal which can provide the decorative body 8-T with a high quality appearance.
