PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment, a method and a program capable of highly accurately presuming the liquefaction strength curves. SOLUTION: First physical quantities (mean diameter D<SB>50</SB>and content of fine grain distributed in percent F<SB>C</SB>) indicating the grain size distribution of sandy soil as the object of the presumption and a third physical quantity (converted N value N<SB>1</SB>) indicating a breaking strength are input to a CPU22 through a key board 14, liquefaction strength curves are presumed based on the physical quantities input, and the presumed results are displayed on a display 18.
