摘要 An LCD device and an image signal compensating method thereof are provided to prevent a blurring phenomenon by performing a DCC(Dynamic Capacitance Compensation) scheme based on the moving speed or complexity of images. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes plural pixels, an image signal compensating unit(610), and a data driver. The image signal compensating unit compares the current image signal(gN) with the previous image signal(gN-1) from a signal source, generates a first compensation image signal by compensating the current image signal according to the compared result, produces an average compensation value on a reference pixel in a frame, and modifies the first compensation image signal into a second compensation image signal(gN") based on the average compensation value. The data driver converts the second compensation image signal into a data voltage, and supplies the converted data voltage to the pixels.
