FIELD: disposable or reusable liquid transportation and storage vessels. SUBSTANCE: container has filling branch pipe 3 closed with cover 4, branch pipe 5 positioned adjacent to container bottom and adapted for connecting to flushing drain faucet, outer reticular metal shell 6 and pan 9 made in the form of bath 10 from sheet material. Bath 10 has length and width values coordinated with existing European standards and designed to enclose double-walled container 1 provided with drain bottom. Container 1 is welded from enclosure 11, bottom part 12 and cover 13 made from high-quality corrosion-resistant inner steel sheet and outer sheet made from common steel. Outer sheet has thickness exceeding that of inner sheet. Container 1 may be made from clad metal sheet with low inner layer of high-quality steel and thicker outer layer of common steel.
