FIELD: alcohol industry. SUBSTANCE: plant has a still joined with a battery of columns. The columns are formed by erect tubes secured in holes provided in a base plate located at the bottom of the plant body. The plant has a fractionating chamber formed by upper parts of the tubes and lower and upper horizontal laminar partitions with holes. The tubes are inserted in the holes. The plant is provided with a cooling system, and branch pipes join the cooling system with the fractionating chamber. The upper open ends of the tubes are in communication with the outlet chamber of the body. The outlet chamber is in communication with the outlet branch pipe of the plant. Under the base plate and over the upper laminar partition there are respectively first and second protective nets. The tubes and space between the base plate and the first protective net are filled with a helical prismatic packing, and the space between the tubes from the base plate to the lower laminar partition is filled with heat-insulating material. The level of packing in the tubes is higher than the level of location of the lower laminar partition. The fractionating chamber is provided with additional laminar partitions. The additional laminar partitions have holes for tubes. The diameter of some holes is equal to the external diameter of the tubes, the diameter of other holes exceeds the external diameter of the aforesaid tubes. These holes are arranged for a zigzag path of movement of the cooling liquid in the fractionating chamber. The inlet and outlet pipes of this chamber are located in the parts of this chamber spaced the greatest distance from each other. These parts are formed by laminar partitions. The outlet chamber is provided with an alcohol vapor dissector mounted coaxially with the outlet pipe. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 2 dwg |
