A piercing punch press device is provided to prevent the damage and wear of the piercing punch and the deformation of the guide hole by cooling the frictional heat generated between the piercing punch and the piercing bush and to prevent the scraps from being jammed in the guide hole of the piercing bush. A piercing punch press device comprises a top die(1), a bottom die(3), a top pad(7) installed by a plurality of cushion springs(5) under the top die, a bush(9) installed inside the bottom die, a piercing punch(13) mounted on one side of the lower surface of the top die via a punch holder(11), guide holes(15,17) formed in the top pad and the piercing bush, an air passage(21) formed toward a piercing hole processing unit of a panel, an air pressure hose(23) which is connected to the air passage and supplies line air pressure, a kicking hole(25) penetrated to the leading end, a link operation space part(27) formed inside of the punch holder, a kicking unit including a kicking pin(31) installed in the kicking hole to be connected to a link bar(33) installed in the link operation space part and kicking the scrap, which is generated with the kicking pin in piercing hole processing, to the lower side of the guide hole. |
