PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the data change of an information group composed of information having sequentiality by suppressing a processing load even in the case of a lot of pieces of difference information. SOLUTION: A difference information extraction part 13 extracts the difference information of a pertinent range by acquiring a change source position and a change result position from a first data group. A composition object setting part 15 extracts difference information whose sequential position is much closer to the top, and sets it to the previous composition object, and sets the next difference information to the following composition object. A composition difference information generation part 17 generates composition difference information by compounding the pair of the previous composition objects with the difference information of the following composition object according to the prescribed difference information composition rule, and repeats this composition processing as long as the difference information exists at the position next but one to the previous composition object, and adds the pair of unprocessed difference information of the following composition object to the composition difference information when the difference information does not exist at the position next but one to the previous composition object, and a data change part 11 changes the data by acquiring the data of the change source sequential position from the second data group, and performing an operation based on the composition difference information.
