The present invention relates to a device and a method thereof to sense aggressive behavior by analyzing three-dimensional physique data. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device includes: a sensor part sensing behavioral patterns of an object from a three-dimensional physique data frame of the object by using a Kinect sensor; a control part confirming whether the sensed behavioral patterns are able to be classified or not, and determining whether the behavioral patterns correspond to aggressive behavior included in a library pre-learnt through a support vector machine using DTW algorithm as a kernel; and a warning part delivering a warning message if the behavioral patterns correspond to the aggressive behavior. |
