A support apparatus for docking an offshore structure is disclosed. The support apparatus for docking an offshore structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, which helps to stably dock an offshore structure to a preset point of a carrier, comprises: a transmitting part which is installed in the offshore structure and transmits a preset signal; a receiving part which is formed in a position where the carrier faces the transmitting part to receive the signal transmitted from the transmitting part in a state that the offshore structure is located in a docking point; and a display part which receives the sensing signal outputted from the receiving part to convert the received signal into a preset form and displays the converted form to the outside.
