The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an injection molded product with a blow molding process. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a first injection mold including a first movable mold having a first cavity with an optional shape and a first core mold opposite to the first movable mold; injecting a molten resin to the first cavity of the first injection mold to fabricate a pair of left and right first molded parts having the shape of the first cavity; applying an adhesive to each edge portion of the first molded parts to provide a first molded product with an optional shape having a receiving space therein and provided with an opening communicated with the internal receiving space at one side; preparing a second injection mold provided with a second movable mold including a second cavity having the same shape as the first cavity provided in the first movable mold of the first injection mold; matching the second injection mold after the outer surface of the first molded product is located in the second cavity of the second injection mold so that the outer surface is spaced apart from the inner surface of the second cavity by a predetermine distance; and a secondary injection molding step which includes injecting a molten resin comprising the same materials as the first molded product between the outer surface of the first molded product and the second cavity, while the internal receiving space of the first molded product is supported under predetermined force by using a pressurizer, to mold the injected resin into the shape of the second cavity and integrating the injected resin with the first molded product to obtain a second molded product. |
