A scraper-shovel mixer which can be heated is used for detergents or detergent constituents containing fractions meltable in range 50-110 degrees C, pref. 80 degrees-100 degrees C, with temp.-sensitive additives such as enzymes, disinfectants, bleaching agents and opt. dyes, in the prodn. of a bead-like, granulated product.
