摘要 1,152,228. Fluid-pressure servomotor systems. BENDIX CORP. July 14, 1967 [July 29, 1966], No. 32475/67. Heading G3P. A hydraulic actuator, particularly for positioning the nozzle gates of a gas turbine, comprises a variable stroke piston pump 24 drawing fluid from one of a pair of conduits 142, 144 and delivering it to the other depending upon the angular position of a wobble plate 46 actuated by a servomotor 48, 50 responsive to an error signal, and remotely located hydraulic actuator means, such as 12, the piston 134 of which is responsive to the differential pressure between two chambers 138, 140 connected to the conduits 142, 144, the chambers 138, 140 being connected to a reservoir chamber 22 through flow limiting means 146, 148 providing a controlled bleed flow to the reservoir chamber which is maintained a low superatmospheric pressure by a regulating accumulator 88. In the preferred embodiment, three actuators 12, 14 and 16 are connected by a feedback cable 214, a cam 216, an over travel link 252 and links 266, 270, 282, 284, 86 and 84 to the control valve 56 of the servomotor which may also be actuated by a manual input signal from a second over travel link 270. The valve 56 connects conduits 52, 54 for the servomotor 48, 50 with the reservoir 22 or with a delivery line 66 from a boost pump driven by a shaft 34 and supplying fluid at a pressure intermediate that in the reservoir 22 and the maximum pressure from the pump 24. Losses in the system are made up from the line 66 to the lower pressure conduit of the pair 142, 144 through a shuttle valve 180. A sleeve 120 connected by a passage 104 in a rod 100 with the passage 66 takes up a position dependent on the amount of fluid in the system. A pressure regulator valve 126 subject to the pressure acting on the accumulator piston 96 and to the pressure in the line 66 maintains the reservoir and boost pump pressures at the required values. The flow limiting means 146, 148 provide a controlled amount of leakage to prevent fluid remaining static and decomposing near hot engine areas and each contains a spring-loaded valve 154 regulated by the pressure drop across a restriction 164 leading through lines 166, 168 to the reservoir 122. Excess pressure in the latter may be relieved manually or automatically by a valve 196. To effect compensation for temperature changes on the feedback cable 214, a temperature reference cable 234 is arranged to shift the position of a spring-loaded pulley 224. An indicator 242 of actual gate position is also connected to the feedback cable 214. A feedback signal is also provided by a cam 82 forming part of the wobble plate 46 and improves the system response by increasing the gain near the null position. Null setting and calibration of the system are provided by adjustment of the link 282.
