Process for obtaining alternative electrical power through the use of olive juice comprising: a container for the storage of olive juice from which it is passed to a boiler heated by olive waste, the juice reaching the outlet from the boiler at a temperature of 600 degree C. The juice passes through an evaporator and at the outlet from this dissociates into steam and hot juice at 400 degree C. The steam is used to drive a turbine whose axis is connected to an electrical power generator, while the steam from the turbine is collected and passed to a cooling tower in which there occurs a dissociation into hot juice and water at a temperature of 85 degree C, the hot juice being reused in the actual process. <IMAGE>
