CONSTITUTION: This information recording medium has guide grooves 4 and land parts 5 adjacent to these guide grooves. Recording is executed on the guide grooves 4 or/and the land parts 5. The ratio (L/G) of the width L of the land parts 5 and the width G of the guide grooves 4 is 0.47 to 2.0.
